Hand-painted plants with a beautiful cloudy glaze on dark red clay.

A little backstory: these plates were originally thrown for a custom restaurant order that, in the end, changed course – so instead of letting them sit unused, I'm giving them a second life here. They're seconds: the undersides are a touch less refined than usual, with the occasional rough or sharp patch. I'm slowly smoothing them out by hand (a new tool just arrived for exactly this job!), but wanted to be upfront about it.

They're wonderful as a wall piece, a catch-all for keys and trinkets, or simply propped on a shelf – and just as happy holding your everyday meals too, from summery strawberries to a sunny-side-up breakfast sandwich. Every plant was hand-painted with pure love and occasional chuckles at my nonexistent botanical knowledge.
